Common use of Order Entry Clause in Contracts

Order Entry. 9.1 Client will designate minimum and multiple order quantities. Order entry requests are maintained by Cardinal Health through its Operating System. 9.2 Client will instruct its Customers to place orders based on the contract between Client and Customer. 9.3 Client will determine when Customers will pay for premium freight, special handling, and emergency order processing. 9.4 Cardinal Health uses commercially reasonable efforts to enter orders accurately. Cardinal Health measures such accuracy, and reports this attribute periodically according to Section 22 of the Operating Guidelines.
