Order Filled and Delivered. The Contractor shall maintain an order filled and delivered rate of 98% or greater. The order filled and delivered rate is calculated as the sum of Products filled and delivered divided by the total sum of Products ordered. The Contractor shall submit to the Department the monthly report in Microsoft Excel that details the order accuracy and fill rate. Example: 1,000 products filled and delivered divided by 1,015 products ordered = 98%.
