Common use of Order Increments Clause in Contracts

Order Increments. Alien acknowledges and agrees that Impinj delivers Monza and Monza-2 in whole wafer increments. Alien acknowledges and agrees that the yield of a particular wafer may vary and as such, the number of KGD on each wafer may vary. As such, in order to meet Alien’s Minimum Purchase Amount, Alien may be required to order up to an additional fifty thousand (50,000) units of Monza or Monza-2 Product. Alien acknowledges and agrees that Impinj delivers Monza-FSA in whole lot increments, consisting of twenty-five (25) wafers. Alien acknowledges and agrees that the yield of a particular lot may vary. As such, in order to meet Alien’s Minimum Purchase Amount, Alien may be required to order up to an additional twenty-five (25) wafer lot of Monza-FSA.
