Order of Precedence and Conflict in Documents. In the event of any ambiguity, discrepancy, or inconsistency between the documents forming this Agreement, Buyer will issue an instruction having regard to the following order of precedence, which will apply in decreasing priority: (a) the applicable Order; and (b) these T&Cs. No additional cost may be claimed against the Price (nor any extension of a Completion Date or Delivery Date) arising from such instruction.
