Common use of Order of Precedence Clause Clause in Contracts

Order of Precedence Clause. In the event of any inconsistent or incompatible provisions in a Contract which resulted from an RFP, this signed Contract (excluding the RFP and Contractor's proposal) shall take precedence, followed by the provisions of the RFP, and then by the terms of Contractor's proposal. This Order of Precedence Clause applies only to contracts that resulted from an RFP.
