Common use of Order of Retransfer Clause in Contracts

Order of Retransfer. The Transferor may designate the order in which Imminent Written-Off Receivables are retransferred back during a Collection Period in a notice delivered to the Servicer and the Administrative Agent. The Transferor may change such order at any time by notice delivered by it to the Servicer and the Administrative Agent.
