Order placed by telephone. Orders placed by telephone, which do not require the Client to use a confidential identifier code, must be confirmed by the Client in writing at the earliest opportunity without the Client being able to plead the absence of confirmation to contest an order placed and executed in this manner. The Bank draws the Client's attention to the fact that orders transmitted by telephone in addition to telephone conversations and callers' numbers shall be recorded. These records shall be kept for a period of 5 years. They will be used as evidence, particularly in the event of a dispute, which the Client expressly accepts.

  • Telephone Allowance Employees on travel status who are required to obtain overnight accommodation shall be entitled to claim for one (1) fifteen (15) minute telephone call home to or within British Columbia, for the first night away and then for every three (3) consecutive nights away thereafter.

  • Order to Stop Work The Chief Procurement Officer, may, by written order to Contractor at any time, and without notice to any surety, require Contractor to stop all or any part of the work called for by this contract. This order shall be for a specified period not exceeding 90 days after the order is delivered to Contractor, unless the parties agree to any further period. Any such order shall be identified specifically as a stop work order issued pursuant to this clause. Upon receipt of such an order, Contractor shall forthwith comply with its terms and take all reasonable steps to minimize the occurrence of costs allocable to the work covered by the order during the period of work stoppage. Before the stop work order expires, or within any further period to which the parties shall have agreed, the Chief Procurement Officer shall either: i. cancel the stop work order; or, ii. terminate the work covered by such order as provided in the Termination for Default clause or the Termination for Convenience clause of this contract.

  • Order Placement To place orders for the Trustee to create or redeem one or more Baskets, Authorized Participants must follow the procedures for creation and redemption referred to in Section 3 of this Agreement and the procedures described in Attachment A hereto (the “Procedures”), as each may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.
