Order Requests. It is recognized that the Division is not to search for requests for resources. However, the Division will make reasonable attempts to fill all requests received, whether they are single or multi resources requests.

Order Requests. The Contractor shall provide the Services to the Company based on separate Order Requests submitted by the Contractor’s Representative. The conditions and provisions of the Agreement are applicable to each Order Request and are binding on both the Contractor as well as the Company. The Parties agree that Order Requests may be issued electronically over the internet by a way of e-mail, if they are sent from Contractor’s Representative’s e-mail and contain an electronic signature (e.g., the name, last name and the position of the issuing person or similar information that allows to identify the issuer of the document). Each Order Request must contain adequate amount of information on the scope of the Services required.
Order Requests. Client will fill out an Order Request before or at the time of delivering samples, indicating what services it would like MCA to perform.

  • Purchase Order Requirements Customers shall use a Request for Quote per section 287.056(2), Florida Statutes, when making purchases off of this State Term Contract. Customers shall issue Request for Quotes to at least 25 vendors approved to provide IT Staff Augmentation services in accordance with section 287.0591(5), Florida Statutes. Customers shall order services from the Request for Quote via a Purchase Order with the Customers’ selected Contractor. The terms of the Purchase Order shall not conflict with the terms and conditions established by this Contract. In accepting a Purchase Order, the Contractor recognizes its responsibility for all tasks and deliverables contained therein, warrants that it has fully informed itself of all relevant factors affecting accomplishment of the tasks and deliverables and agrees to be fully accountable for the performance thereof.
