Common use of Ordering Activities Clause in Contracts

Ordering Activities. The following activities are authorized to issue orders hereunder: NSWC IHEODTD Federal Procurement Data System – Next Generation (FPDS-NG) Contract Action Reports (CARs) have replaced DD350s. The procuring and administrative contracting officers are responsible for the submission and accuracy of CARs. CARs are not required to be submitted to NAVSEA.
