Common use of Ordering and Delivery Expenses Clause in Contracts

Ordering and Delivery Expenses. With respect to any Lease Vehicle to be leased by any Lessee hereunder, such Lessee shall pay to or at the direction of the Lessor all applicable costs and expenses of freight, packing, handling, storage, shipment and delivery of such Lease Vehicle and all sales and use tax (if any) to the extent that the same have not been included in the Capitalized Cost of such Lease Vehicle, as such inclusion or exclusion has been reasonably determined by the Servicer.
