Ordering ChyronHego Products and Services. The ChyronHego Products and Services, Deliverables, the Software Subscription fees, Maintenance fees, Product purchase fees, Product Subscription fees, Product lease fees, Services fees, Lease fees, Hardware fees, payment terms, and any special terms of this Agreement will be specified in one or more Orders signed by both Parties and any SOW entered into in connection with this Agreement. Orders for Products may contain additional terms and conditions as specified in paragraph 4.4 below or as may be attached to the relevant Order (“Product Terms and Conditions”).
