Ordering From Government Supply Sources Sample Clauses
The "Ordering From Government Supply Sources" clause authorizes a contractor to procure materials, supplies, or services directly from government supply sources when fulfilling a contract. In practice, this means the contractor may access government inventories or catalogs, such as those managed by the General Services Administration, to obtain items at government-negotiated prices. This clause streamlines procurement, reduces costs, and ensures that contractors can efficiently obtain necessary resources to meet contract requirements.
