Ordering of Other UNE Services. 2.9.4.1 All LSRs issued for reserved facilities shall reference the facility reservation number as provided by BellSouth. <<customer_name>> will not be billed any additional LMU charges for the loop ordered on such LSR. If, however, <<customer_name>> does not reserve facilities upon an initial LMUSI, <<customer_name>> will be required to submit and pay for an additional LMUSI upon ordering. 2.9.4.2 Where <<customer_name>> has reserved multiple Loop facilities on a single reservation, <<customer_name>> may not specify which facility shall be provisioned when submitting the LSR. If, however, <<customer_name>> Sprint does not reserve facilities upon an initial LMUSI, <<customer_name>> will be required to submit and pay Sprint’s placement of an order for an additional LMUSI upon orderingadvanced data service type facility shall be deemed placed for such a facility rate element that “includes manual service inquiry and reservation” per the rate matrix of this Attachment. 2.9.4.2 2.2.7.4.2 Where <<customer_name>> Sprint has reserved multiple Loop loop facilities on a single reservation, <<customer_name>> Sprint may not specify which facility shall be provisioned when submitting the LSR.
