Orders and Terms of Sale in the United States for GI Products. Except ------------------------------------------------------------- as otherwise expressly stated in this Agreement, GSK shall have the sole right in the United States to (i) receive, accept and fill orders for the GI Products, (ii) control invoicing, order processing and collection of accounts receivable for the sales of the GI Products and (iii) record the sales of the GI Products in its books of account.
