Orders, Decrees, etc. No Obligor is currently operating or required to be operating under any compliance order, schedule, decree or agreement, any consent decree, order or agreement, and/or any corrective action decree, order or agreement issued or entered into under any Environmental Law the failure to comply with which could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
