Network System definition

Network System means the public telecommunications network as specified on the Customer Order Form Number means such telephone number allocated by Comtact from time to time for the purpose or using the Services. Order means any order placed by the Customer with Comtact for the supply of the Products and/or Services formed in accordance with the Customer Order Form. Products means any Equipment and/or Services including, but not limited to, Hosting, Software- as-a-Service (SaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) or Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), that Comtact supplies either directly or from a Service Provider and as specified on the Customer Order Form Provision means the process of ordering, preparing and deploying of a service as specified on the Customer Order Form RPI means current Retail Price Index as published by the UK government Services means any services which Comtact is to provide to the Customer as specified on the Customer Order Form Service Area means the area which the System Provider from time to time designates as the coverage area of the System Service Provider means the person, firm or company who makes Services available to Comtact for the use of Comtact's Customers, SIM means a module smartcard or similar item which contains Customer information and which when used with Customer supplied or Comtact supplied equipment enables access to the Services System means the combination of hardware and/or software as specified on the Customer Order Form System Provider means the person, firm or company who makes the System available to Comtact for the use of Comtact's Customers, Tariff means the periodic sum as specified on the Customer Order Form Terms and Conditions means the standard Terms and Conditions set out in this document and any special terms agreed in writing between the Customer and Comtact and specified on the Customer Order Form Third Party Network means any other telecommunication network in the United Kingdom or elsewhere which may he used by the Customer in conjunction with the Services TSP means a telecommunications service provider. Working Hours means Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00, excluding UK Bank Holidays
Network System means Licensor's servers on which the Computer Systems reside, which servers are located at Licensor facilities at 0000 Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxx., Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx, as may be relocated at Licensor's discretion upon thirty (30) days' prior written notice to Licensee.

Interconnection is between a DSX or LGX to a Switch, another Cross Connection, or other service platform device.
