COMPLIANCE WITH HEALTH & SAFETY CODE § 25249 7(f) Xxxxxxxx agrees to comply with the reporting requirements referenced in Health & Safety Code § 25249.7(f).
Venue; Governing Law Xxxxxx County, Texas, will be the proper place of venue for suit on or in respect of this Agreement. This Agreement, all of its terms and conditions, all rights and obligations of the parties, and all claims arising out of or relating to this Agreement, will be construed, interpreted and applied in accordance with, governed by and enforced under, the laws of the State of Texas.
RULES & REGULATIONS The Exhibitor must comply with the requirements of all Authorities and where applicable with all rules and regulations issued by the owner of the Venue in force at the time of the Exhibition. The Exhibitor undertakes to comply with the obligations and duties contained or referred to in the Contract including (without limitation) those contained or to be contained in the Exhibitors’ Manual. Exemptions from any of these obligations and duties may be granted at the Organisers’ discretion. No exemption given by the Organisers will be effective unless in writing. The Contract comprises these Terms and Conditions, the Exhibition Space Contract and the Exhibitors’ Manual) except as varied in writing signed by the parties.
Information Technology Accessibility Standards Any information technology related products or services purchased, used or maintained through this Grant must be compatible with the principles and goals contained in the Electronic and Information Technology Accessibility Standards adopted by the Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board under Section 508 of the federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. §794d), as amended. Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000 Subrecipient hereby acknowledges and agrees that it must comply with the requirements of the government-wide award term which implements Section 106(g) of the Trafficking Victims Protection Act (TVPA) of 2000, as amended (22 U.S.C. 7104). The award term is located at 2 C.F.R. Part 175.15, the full text of which is incorporated here by reference.
Fire, Life Safety, and Accessibility Codes The following codes, in the versions approved by the Georgia State Fire Marshal/Fire Safety Commissioner and Department of Human Resources, shall be used. The Design Professional will designate any additional codes or special modifications in the Supplementary General Conditions.
Federal and State Standards It is the intent of the Department that all specifications herein are in full and complete compliance with all federal and State of Florida laws, requirements, and regulations applicable to the type and class of Commodities being provided. This includes, but is not limited to: Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (“FMVSS”), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (“OSHA”), Environmental Protection Agency (“EPA”) Standards, and State of Florida laws, requirements, and regulations that apply to the type and class of Commodities being provided. In addition, the Contractor is responsible for complying with any applicable federal or State legislation that becomes effective during the term of the Contract upon the legislation’s effectiveness. The Contractor shall meet or exceed any such requirements of the laws and regulations. If an apparent conflict exists, the Contractor, regardless of whether it’s the Manufacturer or Dealer, shall contact the DMS Contract Manager immediately.
Health and Safety Standards Contractor shall abide by all health and safety standards set forth by the State of California and/or the County of Xxxxxx pursuant to the Injury and Illness Prevention Program. If applicable, Contractor must receive all health and safety information and training from County.
Geographic Scope, Governing Law & Venue This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country of the Customer Business Address without regard to any contrary conflicts of law principles and excluding the United Nations Convention for the International Sale of Goods. All legal actions arising under this Agreement will be initiated and maintained in the state or the court of Vienna, Austria (Inner-City). Both parties hereby irrevocably consent to such jurisdiction and venue.
Technical Regulations 1. The rights and obligations of the Parties in respect of technical regulations, standards and conformity assessment shall be governed by the WTO Agreement on Technical Barriers to Trade.
