Ordinance Applicability. The signatories hereto shall be subject to all ordinances of the CITY, whether now existing or in the future arising; provided however no ordinance shall reduce or diminish the contractual obligations contained herein. This Agreement shall confer no vested rights on the Hotel unless specifically enumerated herein.
Ordinance Applicability. The Arco City Comprehensive Plan, Planning and Zoning Ordinance, Subdivision Ordinance, and Mobile Home Ordinance, and all amendments thereunto, shall be in full force and effect within the Impact Area and are hereby adopted by Butte County as those ordinances applicable inside the impact area. Approving or denying development requests within the Area of Impact will be determined by the Butte County Commissioners after having received the recommendation of the Impact Area Planning and Zoning Commission.
Ordinance Applicability. The City represents to VRC that this Agreement meets all existing applicable ordinances of the City, and to the extent legally permissible, commits to ensure no future ordinances impair its operation.
