Tenant will comply with all statutes, ordinances, and requirements of all municipal, state and federal authorities now in force, or which may later be in force, regarding the use of the premises. Tenant will not use the premises for any unlawful purpose including, but not limited to, using, storing or selling prohibited drugs. If the premises are located in a rent control area, the Tenant should contact the Rent and Arbitration Board for his or her legal rights.
