Organic Certification. 3.1 If, as at the Commencement Date, Supplier does not have Organic Producer Certification and has not yet commenced its application to obtain Organic Producer Certification, then within 90 days of the Commencement Date, Supplier must make an application to an Approved Organic Certifier for Organic Producer Certification in respect of Organic Milk. 3.2 Subject to ACM pre-approving such cost in writing, ACM will pay for the direct administrative costs charged by an Approved Organic Certifier after the Commencement Date up to and including the point of Supplier achieving Organic Producer Certification in respect of the Organic Milk. 3.3 Subject to clauses 3.1 and 3.2, if Supplier does not have Organic Producer Certification on the Commencement Date, Supplier must at its cost do all other things reasonably required to successfully obtain Organic Producer Certification as soon as reasonably practicable. 3.4 Supplier may be required, as part of obtaining and maintaining Organic Certification, to undergo audits undertaken by Approved Organic Certifiers to ensure that its Organic Milk meets relevant conditions (as determined by ACM acting reasonably) for export. If this occurs during the duration of this Agreement, and subject to ACM pre-approving the details of any such costs in writing, ACM will pay for or reimburse Supplier for the direct administrative costs incurred by Supplier in undergoing any such export market certification audits. 3.5 Supplier acknowledges that ACM’s obligations to pay or reimburse costs under this clause 3 are limited to an initial application by Supplier for Organic Certification. If Supplier later ceases supplying Organic Milk to ACM and at any time after that during the duration of this Agreement reapplies for Organic Certification, ACM will not pay for or reimburse Supplier for any costs associated with any such re- application for Organic Certification.
Organic Certification. To protect the integrity of our organic milling process, Customers requesting organic processing must PROVIDE PROOF OF CURRECT CCOF/ORGANIC CERTIFICATION AND PROFILE of their Olives prior to delivery to The Olive Press. Copies of proof of Organic Certification will be kept on file by The Olive Press and shared with the CCOF when annual inspection is scheduled. Organic olives that are delivered without current proof of Organic Certification will be handled as conventionally gown olives, and the Oil may not be eligible for sale as Certified Organic olive oil.
Organic Certification. The Seller will have obtained Organic Certification by the Washington State Department of Agriculture which covers all coffee roasting procedures at the Leased Property and all coffee roasted at the Leased Property.

Organic Certification. Client may terminate this Agreement if ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ organic certification for any Crop is suspended or revoked. Such a termination will be effective five days after delivery by Client to Farmer of a notice to that effect. Client may terminate this Agreement if Farmer receives notice of a proposed suspension or revocation of organic certificate for any Crop and Farmer does not provide, on Client’s written request within ten days of such request, adequate assurance in writing to Client that Farmer will be able to fulfill its obligations in respect of such Crop under this Agreement.
Organic Certification. To the extent required for handling of organic foods, KeHE will have adequate processes and systems in place to fully comply with requirements for handling of organic Products under the National Organic Standards as promulgated by the USDA and as such applies to KeHE as a handler of organic foods.
Organic Certification. Organic Certification must be obtained for all production and operations conducted on the two parcels surrounding the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Elementary School parcel. These two parcels are specifically identified as Auction Properties 2 and 3 as shown on Exhibit F. The Certificate Administrator, the Master Servicer, the Special Servicer, the Operating Advisor, the Asset Representations Reviewer (in the case of the Asset Representations Reviewer, solely with respect to reporting periods in which the Asset Representations Reviewer is required to deliver an Asset Review Report Summary), the Custodian and the Trustee shall provide (and (i) with respect to any Servicing Function Participant of such party that is a Mortgage Loan Seller Sub-Servicer, shall use commercially reasonable efforts to cause such Servicing Function Participant to provide, and (ii) with respect to any other Servicing Function Participant of such party (other than any party to this Agreement), shall cause such Servicing Function Participant to provide) to the Person who signs the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ Certification for the Trust or any Other Securitization Trust (the “Certifying Person”) no later than March 1 in the year immediately following the year as to which such Form 10-K relates or, if March 1 is not a Business Day, on the immediately following Business Day, a certification in the form attached to this Agreement as Exhibit Y-1, Exhibit Y-2, Exhibit Y-3, Exhibit Y-4, Exhibit Y-5, Exhibit Y-6, Exhibit Y-7 and Exhibit Y-8, as applicable, on which the Certifying Person, the entity for which the Certifying Person acts as an officer, and such entity’s officers, directors and Affiliates (collectively with the Certifying Person, “Certification Parties”) can reasonably rely. With respect to each Outside Serviced Mortgage Loan serviced under an Outside Servicing Agreement, the Certificate Administrator shall use commercially reasonable efforts to procure, and upon receipt deliver to the Certifying Person, a ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ back-up certification similar in form and substance to the certifications referenced in the preceding sentence, from the related Outside Servicer, the related Outside Special Servicer, the related Outside Paying Agent and the related Outside Trustee. In the event any Reporting Servicer is terminated or resigns pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, or any applicable Sub-Servicing Agreement or primary servicing agreement, as the case may be, such Reporting Servicer shall provide a certification to the Certifying Person pursuant to this Section 10.06 with respect to the period of time it was subject to this Agreement or the applicable sub-servicing or primary servicing agreement, as the case may be.
