Resource Management a. Participating Hospital agrees to use the LERN screen within Resource Management, a secure web-based system, as a communication component within LERN.
b. Hospital information entered into Resource Management will include, but is not limited to, availability of select medical specialties and other information about the hospital’s ability to respond and treat LERN patients according to identified protocols.
c. Participating Hospital will use best efforts to provide real-time information about the hospital’s available resources and will take reasonable steps to update the information twice daily at 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. If resources change significantly during the day, Participating Hospital agrees to use best efforts to change resource availability status and activity level in Resource Management at that time.
d. The information entered into Resource Management will be used by the LCC to direct the flow of patients according to the established Protocols. Participating Hospital understands that Resource Management information is available to the LCC and LERN participating hospitals within the region.
Resource Management. (a) This operational factor covers grounds where a transfer is necessary because of a breakdown of personal relationships between the employee, of any rank, and other employees; or that employee and the local community.
(b) Further, this factor applies where staff numbers have fallen below safe operational levels. Should there be no applicants for these positions after advertisement State-wide and there are no volunteers, the Service may consider the implementation of directed transfers. Provided that prior to so doing, the process of selection of appointees occurs by a process agreed between the Service and the QPUE. Agreement will not be unreasonably withheld or delayed by either party.
(c) Where it has been clearly demonstrated to TAC that an employee is not coping in their current position and management has taken all fair and reasonable actions to assist the employee in that position, the Service may seek to relocate the employee. Provided that any costs associated with or resulting from the relocation are borne by the Service. Further, reports have to be provided by management as to what has been the problem and what has been done to rectify it and, a report from the employee concerned regarding the proposed transfer. These are to be provided to TAC members at least 7 days before TAC meets.
Resource Management. 7.4.1 The opportunity to participate in the cooperative fisheries planning activities through the Joint Fisheries Committee is provided to Yale First Nation in accordance with 8.11.
7.4.2 The opportunity to participate in a public fisheries advisory process that principally encompasses the Domestic Fishing Area is provided to Yale First Nation in accordance with 8.13.1.
Resource Management. 8.2.1 The Service Provider must develop a Resource Plan for Health’s Acceptance, addressing at a minimum the requirements set out in Schedule 6 – Implementation and Transition Requirements.
8.2.2 The Service Provider must finalise the Resource Plan within [20] Business Days after the Commencement Date.
8.2.3 Once the Resource Plan is Accepted by Health, the Service Provider must comply with and maintain the Resource Management Plan (including any updates or amendments approved by Health).
Resource Management. Once the Resource Plan is Accepted by Health in accordance with clause 8.2 and Schedule 6 – Implementation and Transition Requirements, the Service Provider must maintain and comply with the Resource Plan for the Term of the Services Agreement.
Resource Management. The Jurisdiction agrees that it will only deploy employees as authorized resources under this Agreement who are fully qualified and capable of performing the duties described in the completed and mutually executed Attachment A and under the conditions described therein. The Jurisdiction agrees that if any of its employees deployed as an authorized resource under this Agreement are determined by the EMAC or PNEMA requesting participant, in its sole discretion, to not meet this requirement, those employees may in the sole discretion of the EMAC or PNEMA requesting participant be returned to the Jurisdiction from which they deployed at the sole cost and expense of the Jurisdiction, and the cost and expense of deploying and returning the employee(s) will not be reimbursed under this Agreement. Such qualifications and capabilities shall include, but not be limited to, the following: Has completed training for ICS 100, 700 and 800 Has received training customary or required for the position for which they are being deployed Currently possesses all certifications and licenses required in the state of Washington to perform the duties for which they are being deployed Has previous experience operating in the position for which they are being deployed Has the ability to fully and effectively perform all duties of the position for which they are being deployed The Jurisdiction agrees to maintain documentation of its authorized employee’s qualifications and capabilities and sign a completed Verification of Credentialing form as provided in Attachment A as part of any amendment authorizing resource deployment under this Agreement. The Jurisdiction agrees that if any of its employees deployed as an authorized resource under this Agreement exhibits behavior, conduct or other condition that, in the sole discretion of the EMAC or PNEMA requesting participant, interferes with the employee’s ability to perform the duties for which they are deployed, the EMAC or PNEMA requesting participant may, in its sole discretion, return the employee to the Jurisdiction from which the employee deployed at the sole cost and expense of the Jurisdiction, and such cost and expense will not be reimbursed under this Agreement. The Jurisdiction agrees that it will only deploy equipment as an authorized resource under this Agreement that is in good working order and condition when deployed. Resource Management. It is the responsibility of the Supplier to ensure that all personnel involved in the processing of Thorlabs parts are skilled and adequately trained. Suppliers shall ensure manufacturing equipment used to produce our parts is of adequate design and construction relative to the type of production required. This equipment is to be cleaned and subject to periodic preventive maintenance. Suppliers shall provide a work environment conducive to producing satisfactory components.
Resource Management. Pursuant to the Request for Proposal and the Contractor’s signed response, and the fact that this contract is upon a cost-reimbursement method of payment, the CONTRACTOR shall be fiscally responsible pursuant to the following:
1. BUDGET SURPLUS/DEFICIT: The Contractor shall serve no fewer than 3,800 children with the slot dollars provided under this contract, unless the available School Readiness grant funding would not financially provide for all 3,800 slots. Regardless of the total amount of funding for slots, the Coalition (through its Sub-Contractors) will ensure that no less than 78% of School Readiness grant funds will be used for slot funding (including CCEP which is subject to a minimum expenditure of 78% on direct services). The 78 percent calculation includes direct services, applicable Gold Seal OCA expenditures, and performance-based payment differentials to providers up to the provider’s private pay rate, as defined in the most recent version of the OEL Standard Codes document, and local working poor match. This calculation excludes CCEP expenditures. The slot funding will be expended within 1.5% under and 0% over the contracted budget amount, with the understanding that the goal is to use 0.75% under. The CONTRACTOR further agrees that reimbursements under this contract shall be up to, and are capped at the total budgeted amount of funding for direct childcare slot funding which is $_ . This funding is inclusive of the annual OEL School Readiness Grant Award that does not include local match funds, and is based on availability of funds. If county allocations are reduced at the state level, contracts will be amended accordingly. Gold Seal payments are subject to adjustments due to budget constraints. Additionally, the Contractor shall be responsible for actively soliciting and obtaining match funds in the (minimum) amount equal to 6% for the Economically Disadvantaged (BG 8) funding category for children in School Readiness Programs to be used only for slots, except when a match waiver is available and the contractor has shown a good faith effort to raise the 6% Economically Disadvantaged match. Accordingly, the COALITION shall not be required to reimburse the CONTRACTOR for any expenses in excess of the total budgeted amount of funding as indicated above, unless the State offers funds, in advance, to the Coalition to cover this budget over usage, and this offer is accepted jointly by the COALITION and CONTRACTOR. Resource Management. The Supplier shall have a process to identify and perform training or promote awareness to all personnel who directly or indirectly affect product quality including:- − their contribution to product or service conformity; − their contribution to product safety; - the important of ethical behavior conduct. The Supplier shall maintain records of this training (including On-The-Job training). These records shall be made available for review upon request.
