Organisation and delivery. The University and the Practice shall co-operate in good faith with regard to their respective obligations in regard to the provision of NHS funded undergraduate medical education and training. The Parties acknowledge that the University cannot guarantee minimum and maximum numbers of Students for Placements, but this will be confirmed by the Primary Care Medical Education Team in advance before each Placement.
