Organization Level Security Measures. Mendix commits to embed security in company processes and standard operating procedures by adopting a representative subset of the ISO 27001 Information Security Framework, and to have the Mendix Platform and covered services audited annually by a qualified, independent third-party auditor. Such audit covers controls for data security, availability, processing integrity, and confidentiality as applicable to in-scope trust principles for each service. In general, the availability of such assurance reports is restricted to customers who have signed nondisclosure agreements with Mendix; the most recent version of such assurance report will be made available upon request of Customer.

  • Definitions For purposes of this Agreement:

  • Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.

  • Miscellaneous The Vendor acknowledges and agrees that continued participation in TIPS is subject to TIPS sole discretion and that any Vendor may be removed from the participation in the Program at any time with or without cause. Nothing in the Agreement or in any other communication between TIPS and the Vendor may be construed as a guarantee that TIPS or TIPS Members will submit any orders at any time.
