ORGANIZATION LIABILITY COVERAGE. The Underwriter shall pay on behalf of the Organization all Loss for which the Organization becomes legally obligated to pay on account of a Claim first made against the Organization during the Policy Period or the Extended Reporting Period, if exercised, for a Wrongful Act.
