Common use of ORGANIZATION LIABILITY COVERAGE Clause in Contracts

ORGANIZATION LIABILITY COVERAGE. The Underwriter shall pay on behalf of the Organization all Loss for which the Organization becomes legally obligated to pay on account of a Claim first made against the Organization during the Policy Period or the Extended Reporting Period, if exercised, for a Wrongful Act.

ORGANIZATION LIABILITY COVERAGE.
