Organization/Operation. Doctor, individually, and Doctor’s professional corporation, shall at all times during the Term (i) be and remain legally organized to provide Professional Services in a manner consistent with all State and federal laws; (ii) be duly authorized to conduct business in the State of California; and (iii) maintain adequate medical supervision by licensed physicians of all Professional Services provided by the Practice.
