Organizational components Clause Samples
The 'Organizational components' clause defines the specific parts or units that make up an organization as relevant to the agreement. It typically outlines which departments, divisions, subsidiaries, or teams are included or excluded from the contract’s scope, ensuring that all parties understand which organizational entities are subject to the agreement’s terms. This clause is essential for clarifying the reach of contractual obligations and preventing disputes over which parts of an organization are bound by or benefit from the contract.
