Organizational Conflict of Interest. Seller certifies that to the best of its knowledge performance of this Contract does not constitute an organizational conflict of interest as defined in FAR Part 9.5. If during the course of performance Seller becomes aware of any possible organizational conflict of interest due to its performance or the SOW under this Contract, Seller shall promptly notify Buyer.
