Except as set forth on Schedule 3.28, to the Knowledge of Company and Sellers, in the past six (6) years Company has not had access to non-public information nor provided systems engineering, technical direction, consultation, technical evaluation, source selection services or services of any type, nor prepared specifications or statements of work, nor engaged in any other conduct that would create in any current Governmental Authority procurement an Organizational Conflict of Interest, as defined in Federal Acquisition Regulation 9.501, with Company.
