Original artwork. Artist warrants that any and all artwork provided by Artist for display in Initial Point Gallery shall be, and is, original work conceived and created by Artist.
Original artwork. Designer retains all right and title in and to any original artwork comprising Final Art, including all rights to display or sell such artwork. Client shall return all original artwork to Designer within 30 days of completion of the Services.

Original artwork. Rifle retains all right and title in and to any original artwork comprising Deliverables, including all rights to display or sell such artwork. Client shall return all original artwork to Rifle within 30 days of completion of the Services.
