Original Deposit Agreement Sample Clauses

Original Deposit Agreement. The term “Original Deposit Agreement” shall mean the Amended and Restated Deposit Agreement, dated as of November 18, 2014, by and among Woori Bank, the Depositary, and all Holders (as defined therein) and Beneficial Owners (as defined therein) from time to time of the American depositary shares issued thereunder.
