Common use of Original Issuance of Warrants Clause in Contracts

Original Issuance of Warrants. On the Initial Issue Date, there will be originally issued an aggregate of thirteen million forty-three thousand four hundred seventy-eight (13,043,478) Warrants, which Warrants will be initially registered in the name of the purchasers listed on Schedule I to the Purchase Agreement.
