Common use of Original Public Clause in Contracts

Original Public. Sector Employees who are eligible for membership of a public sector pension scheme, or are members of a public sector pension scheme, immediately prior to the Relevant Transfer to which the New Fair Deal applies, are offered membership of, or are allowed to continue their membership of that pension scheme;
