XXXXXX of Services. 1. Point Blank Shooting will supply the Services to the Customer in accordance with the Booking Form in all material respects.
2. Please note that our updated cancellation policy as of 16/03 on Coronavirus is that all bookings may be postponed for a future date, however we are not currently able to process refunds until government guidance and support is provided. 3. Point Blank Shooting reserves the right to amend the Services if necessary to comply with any applicable law or regulatory requirement, or if the amendment will not materially affect the nature or quality of the Services.
4. The Services will be provided by Point Blank Shooting using reasonable care and skill.
5. If the Customer wishes to change the nature or details of a Booking, it should contact Point Blank Shooting with details of the requested change, and Point Blank Shooting will do what it can to accommodate the change, but gives no guarantees that it will be able to do so.
6. Unless indicated otherwise on the Booking Form, a Booking does not include any food or beverages, which must be purchased separately. No food or beverages may be brought on to the Site.
7. Bookings may not be re-sold or transferred for commercial gain. Any attempt to do so may result in cancellation of the Booking without refund, and the holder of a re-sold or transferred Booking may be refused entry or required to leave the Site.
XXXXXX of Services. 1The Supplier agrees to supply the G-Cloud Services and any Additional Services under the terms of the Call-Off Contract and the Supplier’s Application.
XXXXXX of Services. The Recipient must supply the Services during the Term in accordance with this Agreement.

XXXXXX of Services. B1 The Services B1.1 The Contractor shall supply the Services during the Contract Period in accordance with the Authority’s requirements as set out in this Contract, including the Specification (which forms part of the Contract) and the provisions of the Contract in consideration of the payment of the Contract Price. The Authority may inspect and examine the manner in which the Contractor supplies the Services at the Premises during normal business hours on reasonable notice.
XXXXXX of Services. 1Veritas shall supply the Services to the Client in accordance with the Quotation in all material respects.
XXXXXX of Services. J. 70. This Lease and the obligation of Tenant to pay rent hereunder and perform all of the other covenants and agreements hereunder on part of Tenant to be performed shall be in nowise affected, impaired or excused because Landlord is unable to supply or is delayed in supplying any service expressly or implied to be supplied or is unable to make, or is delayed in making any repairs, additions. alterations or decorations or is unable to supply or is delayed in supplying any equipment or fixtures if Landlord is prevent or delayed from doing so by reason of government preemption in connection with the National Emergency declared by the President of the United States or in connection with any rule, order or regulation of any department or Subdivision thereof of any governmental agency or by reason of the conditions of supply and demand which have been or are affected by the war or by other conditions beyond the Landlord's control.
XXXXXX of Services. The Supplier shall: supply the Services to the ODEON throughout the Term at the Locations and fully and at all times in accordance with all terms of this Agreement, including so as to at all times meet any Deadline; co-operate with, and comply with all reasonable instructions of, ODEON in all matters relating to the Services; perform the Services with reasonable care, skill and diligence and in accordance with best practice in the Supplier's industry, profession or trade; use personnel who are suitably skilled and experienced to perform the relevant tasks assigned to them, and in sufficient number to ensure that the Supplier's obligations are fulfilled in accordance with this Agreement; ensure that any and all employees, contractors and/or agents engaged in the performance of the Services have been appropriately vetted and screened in advance by the Supplier (including identification checks to verify their identity) to ensure such individuals: (i) are lawfully able to work in the Locations; and (ii) have the requisite training and experience to perform the Services in question in accordance with this Agreement; ensure that the Services and Deliverables will conform in all respects with Schedule 2, and that the Deliverables shall be fit for any purpose expressly or impliedly made known to the Supplier by ODEON; provide and use (at no cost to the ODEON) all equipment, tools, materials and vehicles and such other items as are required to provide the Services; ensure that the Deliverables, and all goods, materials, standards and techniques used in providing the Services are of the best quality and are free from any and all defects in workmanship, installation and/or design; before the date on which the Services are to start, obtain, and at all times maintain during the Term, any and all licences, permissions, authorisations and/or consents necessary for the performance of this Agreement by the Supplier and the intended or actual use of any Deliverable by ODEON; comply with (and will ensure that any Services provided are compliant with) applicable laws, statutes, and regulations from time to time in force; observe all health and safety rules and regulations and any other reasonable security requirements that apply at any of the Locations from time to time including, without limitation, those requirements that have been communicated to the Supplier under clauses 10(b) and 17; hold all ODEON Materials in safe custody at its own risk, maintain the same in good c...
XXXXXX of Services. 1In consideration of the amounts due under this Contract, the Supplier will, from the date set out in the Purchase Order or Award Letter; provide the Services to the Customer for the Term, in accordance with the terms and conditions with this Contract.
XXXXXX of Services. 1The Supplier shall from the Commencement Date and for the duration of this Contract provide the Services to the Client in accordance with the terms of the Contract.
