Common use of ORIGINAL TERM AND EXTENSIONS Clause in Contracts

ORIGINAL TERM AND EXTENSIONS. The deposit shall mature on the date agreed to with THE BANK unless there are written instructions stating otherwise from the undersigned, provided with an advance notice of at least five (5) working days before said date. The deposit shall be extended for the same term as the original and it shall accrue interest at the rate paid by THE BANK on deposits of a similar term and amount.
