Original Vacancy. An original vacancy shall be defined as a position which the Employer seeks to fill. A position from which an employee has been laid off or a temporarily vacant position (ninety [90] days or less) is not a vacancy.
Original Vacancy. 21.1.1.1 Vacant for five (5) working days.
21.1.1.2 Posted on the sixth (6th ) working day.
21.1.1.3 Posted for two (2) working days.
21.1.1.4 Filled within two (2) working days.
