Common use of Originating Party Provides Clause in Contracts

Originating Party Provides. Its Own Facilities and/or Trunks. When a Party uses its own Facilities and/or Trunks (either through self provisioning, or through the purchase of Facilities from the other Party or from third parties) to deliver Interconnection traffic originating on its network to the POI, such Party shall provide such Facilities and/or Trunks at its sole cost and expense and no compensation for such Facilities and/or Trunks shall be due to or from the other Party.
