Common use of Origination Process Clause in Contracts

Origination Process. The Issuer, the Trustee and the Servicer agree that: a. Unless and until otherwise directed in writing by the Issuer, the Servicer shall provide to the Trustee all certificates and directions required to be delivered by the Issuer to the Trustee under the Indenture in connection with the Financing through origination of Eligible Loans and Student Loans thereunder. b. The Servicer shall provide disbursement and origination services in connection with the origination and disbursement of Eligible Loans under the Indenture. The Servicer shall perform all services and duties customary to the origination and disbursement of Student Loans in accordance with generally accepted industry standards and practices and in compliance with the Higher Education Act, applicable requirements of the Guarantor and each Alternative Loan Program and all other applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
