General Eligibility i. Except as provided in paragraph 2 (a)(ii) below, a teacher who received an evaluation rating of needs improvement or ineffective in the prior school year is not eligible for any salary increase and remains at their prior year salary.
ii. A teacher who is in the first two full school years of instructing students who receives an evaluation rating of improvement necessary is eligible for salary increase.

Employees in Unit B will be eligible for a salary increase if (i) he or she is employed in a Unit B position as of the date of the ratification of this Agreement by the Board and the Union or July 1 of the fiscal year (for academic support professionals) or September 1 of the academic year (for annually contracted faculty) in which the salary increase is granted, whichever is later, and either (ii-a) he or she is an academic support professional who was employed prior to March 1 of the previous fiscal year in either a position described in Appendix A or in a position which has been newly classified as a bargaining unit position effective with the current fiscal year, or (ii-b) he or she is an annually contracted faculty member employed in a position described in Appendix A AND was employed by the University as an annually contracted faculty member at least 50% during the immediately preceding academic year, or (ii-c) he or she is returning to a previously held Unit B position following employment in a permanent full-time position at the University for at least one academic term during the previous academic year.
b. An employee shall not be eligible for the fiscal or academic year's salary increases if prior to his or her employment in a Unit B position, the employee has received a salary increase from the University for the fiscal or academic year, as appropriate.

General Eligibility. Advertising eligibility is governed by the Academy’s Advertising Standards, bylaws, administrative regulations and policies, and all applicable federal, state and local laws.

General Eligibility. Any member of the collective bargaining unit determined to not be eligible for the Teacher Appreciation Grant who was evaluated as effective or highly effective in the prior school year.
General Eligibility. To be eligible for a salary increase, a teacher must not have received a rating of ineffective or improvement necessary in the prior school year and was employed with the corporation for a minimum of 120 instructional days in the prior school year. A teacher who received a rating of ineffective or improvement necessary remains at their prior year salary. .
General Eligibility. To be eligible for a salary increase, a Teacher:
1. Must have received an overall evaluation rating of effective or highly effective on the staff performance evaluation with School City of Mishawaka for the prior year.
2. Must have been employed at least 120 days with School City of Mishawaka in the prior year.
3. A Teacher who does not satisfy these eligibility criteria remains at their current salary.
