Orphaned Matching Contributions Sample Clauses

Orphaned Matching Contributions. If elective contributions treated as excess aggregate contributions are distributed pursuant to this Section 3.2, applicable Matching Contributions under Section 5.4 of the Plan document shall be treated as forfeitures and reallocated as if such forfeitures were a Matching Contribution under Section 5.4 of the Plan document made for those Participants who were entitled to receive a Matching Contribution for that Plan Year.
