O.S.H. A. Borrower has duly complied with, and its facilities, business, leaseholds, equipment and other property are in compliance in all material respects with, the provisions of the federal Occupational Safety and Health Act and all rules and regulations thereunder and all similar state and local laws, rules and regulations; and there are no outstanding citations, notices or orders of non-compliance issued to Borrower or relating to its facilities, business, leaseholds, equipment or other property under any such law, rule or regulation.

Borrower has duly complied with, and its facilities, business, leaseholds, equipment and other property are in compliance in all material respects with, the provisions of the federal Occupational Safety and Health Act and all rules and regulations thereunder and all similar state and local laws, rules and regulationsGovernmental Rules; and there are no outstanding citations, notices or orders of non-compliance issued to Borrower or relating to its facilities, business, leaseholds, equipment or other property under any such law, rule or regulationGovernmental Rules.
