OSHA Permits and Programs Sample Clauses

OSHA Permits and Programs. Contractor shall initiate and maintain such permits and programs as may be necessary to comply with requirements set forth by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and any other local, state and federal regulations. A copy of all permits will be provided by Company prior to commencement of Work at the jobsite. If OSHA permits are not required to perform Work, a letter shall be submitted to Company prior to commencement of Work at the jobsite stating that no permits are required.
