Common use of OSS Services Clause in Contracts

OSS Services. Access to Verizon Operations Support Systems functions. The term “Verizon OSS Services” includes, but is not limited to: (a) Verizon’s provision of Reconex Usage Information to Reconex pursuant to Section 8.1.3 below; and, (b) “Verizon OSS Information”, as defined in Section 8.1.4 below.

OSS Services. Access to Verizon Operations Support Systems functions. The term “Verizon OSS Services” includes, but is not limited to: (a) Verizon’s provision of Reconex DSLnet Usage Information to Reconex DSLnet pursuant to Section 8.1.3 below8.3 of this Attachment; and, (b) “Verizon OSS Information”, as defined in Section 8.1.4 belowof this Attachment.

The term “Verizon OSS Services” includes, but is not limited to: (a) Verizon’s provision of Reconex MMFN Usage Information to Reconex MMFN pursuant to Section 8.1.3 1.1.3 below; and, (b) “Verizon OSS Information”, as defined in Section 8.1.4 1.1.4 below.

The term “Verizon OSS Services” includes, but is not limited to: (a) Verizon’s provision of Reconex Max-Tel Usage Information to Reconex Max-Tel pursuant to Section 8.1.3 below; and, (b) “Verizon OSS Information”, as defined in Section 8.1.4 below.

The term “Verizon OSS Services” includes, but is not limited to: (a) Verizon’s provision of Reconex CTI Usage Information to Reconex CTI pursuant to Section 8.1.3 below8.3 of this Attachment; and, (b) “Verizon OSS Information”, as defined in Section 8.1.4 belowof this Attachment.
