Common use of OSS Clause in Contracts

OSS. 7.6.3.1 CLEC shall be responsible for and indemnifies AT&T against any cost, expense or liability relating to any unauthorized entry or access into, or improper use or manipulation of AT&T’s OSS by CLEC employees or persons using authorization granted to that person by CLEC to access AT&T’s OSS and shall pay AT&T for any and all damages caused by such unauthorized entry, improper use or manipulation of’ AT&T’s OSS.
