OTC Disclosure & News Service. The Company agrees that it will not provide any Content for publication on the OTC Disclosure & News Service, or in any manner, that violates, breaches or is inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement. OTC Markets Group may in its sole and absolute discretion terminate this agreement immediately and without notice in the event that the Company provides for publication any Content deemed by OTC Markets Group to be an abuse of the OTC Disclosure & News Service, fraudulent, misleading, related to questionable stock promotion, or otherwise giving rise to a public interest concern.
