The Publishing Services clause defines the scope and nature of the services a publisher will provide to an author or content creator. Publishing Services covered by the standard list price article processing charge at the relevant Open Choice Journal procured by Customer for the publication of an Eligible Article. Publishing Services include a) pre-publishing services, which may include managing the publishing process, the provision of online tools for editors and authors, article review, copy-editing, typesetting and formatting, production and hosting, liaising with abstracting and indexing services, and customer services, as per the applicable workflows at the relevant journal, and identification and verification of Eligible Authors, and b) (subject to the Eligible Author procuring the publication of the Eligible Article in an Open Choice Journal. Publishing Services. The Company may publish news releases, financial reports and other disclosures generated by and about the Company through the OTC Disclosure & News Service, subject to the terms and conditions of this Article 6.
Publishing Services. The purpose of this Agreement is to set forth the terms and conditions pursuant to which WCI will provide the Billing and Collection Services in support of Publisher’s business of publishing telephone directory products and services consisting principally of searchable (e.g., by alphabet letter or category) multiple telephone listings and classified advertisements that are delivered or otherwise made available to End Users in tangible media (e.g., paper directories, CD-ROM), electronic media (e.g., Internet) or digital media (e.g., PDA download), as conducted by Publisher on the Effective Date, or as may be approved by WCI from time to time pursuant to Section 5.2. Such products and services of Publisher will hereinafter be referred to collectively as “Publishing Services”.
Publishing Services. 1. Contracts for publishing services under the Project estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $190,000, shall be procured under contracts awarded in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.3 and 3.4 of the Guidelines.
2. Contracts for publishing services under the Project estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $460,000, shall be procured on the basis of comparison of price quotations from at least three publishing houses eligible under the Guidelines, in accordance with procedures acceptable to the Bank.
Publishing Services. The specific terms of each Game publishing arrangement shall be detailed in one or more work statements, each of which shall be in writing and signed by both Parties (“Work Statement”). The initial Work Statement agreed to by the Parties is set forth in Exhibit A. Additional Work Statements shall become effective upon execution by authorized representatives of both Parties, and shall be attached hereto. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and the provisions of a Work Statement, the Work Statement shall control; provided, however, that Company shall not be obligated to publish, promote, enhance or otherwise develop a particular Game or Sequel.
