Othe r inconsiste ncies. If there is any inconsistency between the provisions of this Deed and the constitution of the Deed Company and any other obligation binding on the Deed Company, the provisions of this Deed prevail to the extent of the inconsistency, and all persons bound by this Deed agree to sign all documents and do all things necessary to remove such inconsistency, the costs of which will be borne by the Deed Company.

No later than 90 calendar days after receiving the notice of the factual inaccuracy, the Provider shall correct the factual inaccuracy and shall provide written confirmation of the correction to the LEA.
