Inaccuracies If a bargaining unit member has reason to believe that there are inaccuracies in documents contained in the personnel file, the member may write a memorandum to the Director/Superintendent explaining the alleged inaccuracy. If the Director/Superintendent or designee concurs with the member’s contentions, the Director/Superintendent or designee may either remove the document or attach the member’s memorandum to the document in the file and note there on the Director/Superintendent or designee’s concurrence with the contents of the memorandum. If the Superintendent or designee does not concur, he/she will attach the member’s memorandum to the document.
Correction of Inaccuracies Each employee shall have a period of thirty (30) days after posting of the seniority list in which to advise the employer or its agents in writing of any inaccuracies which affect his/her seniority. The employer or its agents shall investigate all reported inaccuracies and make such adjustments as may be in order and post the updated list. No protest shall be considered after thirty (30) days of the posting of the seniority list and the list shall be considered as final until the next posting.

Corrections There may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and various other information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on the Services at any time, without prior notice.
Representations and Certifications The CNA shall assist the AbilityOne participating NPAs in the information gathering and filing of the NPAs’ Annual Representations and Certifications (AR&C) in accordance with 41 CFR §§ 51-3.2 and 3.6.
Correction of Deficiencies The contractor must correct promptly any work of his/her own or his/her subcontractors found to be defective or not complying with the terms of the contract.
Scope of Communications to Be Provided in Electronic Form When you use a product or service to which this Disclosure applies, you agree that we may provide you with any Communications in electronic format, and that we may discontinue sending paper Communications to you, unless and until you withdraw your consent as described below. Your consent to receive electronic Communications includes, but is not limited to: • All legal and regulatory disclosures and communications associated with your Card Account and any related products or services • Your Cardholder Agreement and any notices about a change in terms of your Cardholder Agreement • Privacy policies and notices • Error resolution policies and notices • Responses to claims filed in connection with your Card Account • Notices regarding insufficient funds or negative balances
