Other Action by Venture. Nothing contained in this Article 9 shall limit the authority of the Venture to take such other action as it deems necessary or advisable to protect the Venture, the Subsidiary REIT and the interests of their respective members by preservation of the Subsidiary REIT’s status as a REIT.
