Except as provided in Section 4.2(c), Sections 4.3 through 4.6 and Article V, this Agreement shall not be construed in any manner that precludes the Managing General Partner or any other Affiliate of Hxxxx, or any of their respective officers, employees or agents from engaging in any activity whatsoever permitted by applicable law.
