Other Activities of the REIT. Except to the extent expressly set forth in this Agreement or any other written agreement between the REIT and the Manager, neither this Agreement nor the relationship between the REIT and the Manager shall be deemed (i) to limit or restrict the activities of the REIT, its officers, its employees, or members of its Board of Directors or (ii) impose a fee or other penalty on the REIT, its officers, its employees, or members of its Board of Directors for pursuing any such other activities.
